As you know, if you follow my blog, I prefer plantbased food. As some of you also know, my husband rather not. He likes the idea behind a vegan diet, but doesn’t want to give up meat and fish all the way. Though he would love to have more meals throughout the week that are without any animal products and he let’s me try out different things.
Now I must say, he is not someone who eats everything and enjoys every kind of food. To cook him a plantbased meal, that he really enjoys, can be challenging.
And because he is more or less picky (I would say more, but he might read this….) I keep a list of meals he enjoys.
Since the start of my plantbased journey I have noticed something: He loves all the plantbased Burgers, Balls and Patties from the frying pan that I make. For example: He isn’t a big fan of Quinoa, Brown rice or Lentils, but mixed with some veggies and spieces, formed to a Burger and cooked crispy with some Olive Oil and voilà! He loves it!
I have so many vegan Paddy Recipes that it’s time to post a few. My todays Recipe was the Dinner I made (and which he loved) and trust me, if he likes it, your kids probably will love it too… 😉
