1 Ciabatta Bread
5 cloves of Garlic
Unsalted Butter (4.2oz)
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preheat the Oven to 355F (180°C)
Chopp the Oregano and Parsley.
Take a plate and mash the butter with a fork. Add some salt, Pepper and Paprika and 3 crushed cloves of garlic. Mix it well, then add half of the chopped Oregano and italian Parsley and the Parmesan
Slice the Ciabatta the long way in half and spread the spiced butter on both sides. Then close the bread again. Cut in the top side of the bread lengthwise in the middle and a few cuts crosswise (not all the way though).
Then thinly slice the 2 left cloves of garlic and mix them in a little bowl with about 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil, a few pinches of salt and the rest of the Oregano and Parsley. Now rub the mix on top of the bread and into the gaps.
Broil the Bread in the oven until it is golden brown and crispy (and it will be soft in the inside). It will take about 10-15 minutes. You can also change the oven heat on upper heat or grill for the last few minutes.
Your delicious summer side dish isch ready! Enjoy!
