Ingredients:
Pumpkin Slices
Olive Oil
Sprigs of Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Preheat the oven on 200C°/390F
Put a baking paper on the baking tray. Lay the Pumpkin slices and Sprigs of Rosemary on the tray and drip Olive Oil over the pieces and the Rosemary. Salt and Pepper it. You don’t need to peel the Pumpkin. Mostly the skin even gets so tender, that you can eat it too.
Bake them for about 40 minutes.
A nice side dish with Meat or Risotto
