3 Cups of cooked Garbanzo / Chickpeas
1 Red Bellpepper
1 Cup of Pekan Nuts
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tsp. Tahini T
1Tsp. Lime Juice
2 cloves of Garlic
Halve the Bellpepper and remove the core. Put the it on a baking tray in the Oven for 45 Minutes by 200C / 400F
Take it out and remove the skin from the Bellpepper and from the Garlic cloves.
Now place all the ingredients into the food processor and mix to a creamy Hummus. Salt to taste.
