1kilo Küttiger Carrots
1 Onion, chopped
2 glove of Garlic, chopped
Salt and Pepper to season
500g green Bacon (Bacon out of Salt)
Option: Ham, Saucisson or other Sausages go well with this very hearty dish.
Peel and Cut the Carrots and Potatoes
Heat up 2 Tbsp. of Oil in a high pan and Cook the Onion and Garlic in it, then add the Carrots, after a few minutes, poor the Bouillon to it. Lay the Bacon under the carrots and cook it for 40 Miutes, then add the Potatoes and cook for an other 40 Minutes.
Tip: Delicious with Dijon Mustard
