200g dark Chocolate
1 Pinch of Salt
Preheat the oven to 250C
Take a round cake form and grease it with butter.
Mix the Flour, Sugar, Salt and Eggs in a bowl to a creamy mixture. Then melt the butter and add it to it.
Melt the chocolate. the fast way is to break the chocolate in pieces, put it in a little bowl and cover it with boiling hot water. Wait a few minutes, then pour off the water. Add the melted chocolate to the rest and mix it all well.
Fill it into the baking form and bake it 11 minutes.
Serve right away when it’s still hot. My tip: Serve it with mango slices and coconut ice cream…
