Chicken Curry Wraps

Ingredients for 6 big Wraps:

6 soft Flour Tortillas
3 Chicken breasts
1 red Pepper
1 small can of sweet Corn
1 Cup of Creme fraiche (or Sour Cream)
6 big Salad leafs
2 Tbsp. of Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. of Mustard
4 Tbsp. of mild Curry powder
2 Tsp. Curcuma
Salt
Spices to season the Chicken:
1/2 Tsp. Chili powder
1/2 Tsp. Mustard Seeds powder
1 Tsp. Cummin powder
1 Tsp. Coriander powder
1/2 Tsp. Fennel seed powder
1 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Onion powder
1/2 Tsp. Garlic powder
Salt
Oil to fry

Cut the Chicken in small pieces. Heat up the Oil in a pan and cook the Chicken. While cooking season it with the spices. Cook the Chicken crispy bown on a high heat. Let it cool off.

Mix in a bowl: Mayonnaise, Creme fraiche, Mustard, 1/2 Tsp. Salt, Curcuma and Curry Powder and mix it well. Then cut little pieces from the red Pepper and add it with the sweet Corn. Mix again.

Then add the Chicken to the bowl and stir again.

Take a Tortilla. Place a Salad leaf on one side and make a line of the Chicken Curry mix on the Salad leaf. Then roll it to a Wrap.

Tip: Cut them in pieces and place a tooth pick in the middle of every piece to fixate it and serve it on a finger food buffet or as a Snack.
