Date Rolls



  • Pitted Dates
  • Coconut flakes

Other ingredients you can add:

  • Cacao
  • Dried Mango
  • Dried Apricots
  • Chlorella
  • Spirulina
  • Wheatgrass powder
  • Maca Powder
  • Hemp Seeds, Flax Seeds etc.
  • Crusched Cashews Almonds, Walnuts etc.
  • Carob powder
  • Acai powder
  • Spices like Curcuma, Chili, Cinnamon, Cardamom etc.


Some of my favorite combinations are:

  • Cacao – Chili
  • Curcuma – Hemp Seed
  • Cacao – Cinnamon – Cardamom
  • Coconut – Mango


All you need is a food processor and you are ready to prep your Energy balls:




My Choice of the day: Dates, Coconut flakes, Curcuma powder, Hemp Seeds

These with Energy and Vitamins loaded ball are a great snack before a workout, as a dessert or on a stressful day, when a big meal has to wait.
