Salmon Blinis

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Buckwheat flour (Buchweizenmehl)
1/2 Cup Whole grain Spelt flour (Vollkorn-Urdinkelmehl)
3/4 Cup of Soy Milk or normal Milk
1 Tsp. dry Yeast
1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp of Salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
a handfull fresh chopped Dill
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Oil to fry
Smoked Salmon
1 Cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2-3 Tbsp. Horseradish Cream (depends on how strong the cream is and how you prefer it)

Optional: Capers, Onions to decorate

Make the batter for the Pancakes by mixing the two Flours, Yeast, Sugar, Soy Milk, Salt, Pepper and vegetable Oil. Mix it well. At the end you add the Dill to it.

Heat up a little bit of Oil in a frying pan and make little Blinis one by one, golden brown on each side on medium heat.

Mix the Philadelphia with the Horseradish Cream and decorate the Blinis with the Cream and the Salmon, Capers and Onions.
