Tex-Mex Salad



1 Can of Red Kidney Beans (250g)
1 Cup of fresh Corn or 1 Can of Corn
250g Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
1 yellow or red Bellpepper, small diced
1 handfull Cilantro
1 Avocado, diced
1 Red Onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Chili Flakes


Mix in a bowl:
Beans, Corn, quartered Tomatoes, diced Bellpepper, chopped Cilantro, diced Avocado, chopped Onion with the Lime Juice, Salt and Pepper to taste and some Chili Flakes.

Make the salad a few hours before enjoying, so the salad can absorb the flavors and let it rest at a cool place.
