Ingredients for 2 big glasses:
1 ripe organic Banana
1 Cup brewed Coffee
1 Tsp. Chia Seeds
2 Tsp. grounded Almonds (with the skin)
1 Cup Soy Milk(or Almond Milk, Rice Milk etc…)
1 Tbsp. unsweetened Cacao powder or Seeds of 1 Vanilla Bean
a few Ice cubes
Optional: More sweetness with Agave Syrup
Let the brewed Coffee cool down a little. Then add it to the blender with the banana, Chia Seeds, Almonds, Soy Milk, a few Ice Cubes and maybe a little Agave Syrup.
Then decide between unsweetened Cacao powder or Vanilla (Scrape out the Seeds of one Vanilla Bean).
Blend it all well, then serve. Enjoy!

It contains magnesium and potassium as well as valuable antioxidants that protect our cells from free radicals and premature aging. It has a mood-lifting effect through serotonin and dopamine. Cocoa is also good for the heart and circulation, as the flavonols (phytochemicals) make the blood vessels more elastic and can lower the blood pressure.
The scent of vanilla can relieve stress, restlessness, anxiety, depression, insomnia and feelings of hunger. Reason is that vanilla stimulates the production of the happiness hormone serotonin in the brain.
