Ingredients:
500g organic Ground Beef
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups of Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sweet Paprika
1 Tbsp. Pepper
2 Tsp. Coriander powder or 1 handfull fresh Coriander chopped
2 Tsp. Cumin powder
1 Tsp. hot Chili powder
1 Tsp. Ginger (fresh grated or powder)
2 Tsp. Fennel Seed powder
2 Tsp. Thyme powder
2 Tsp. Mustard Seed powder
2 Tsp. Garlic powder
Oil to fry
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then form little balls with your hands.
Cook the Meatballs in the hot Oil in a frying pan.
How I mostly use them: They are great for a finger food buffet, as a ingredient for Wraps, also with Tomato Sauce and Pasta or with Gravy and Mash
