For 2 Portions:
6 Tablespoons full of brown Rice
2 Peaches, diced
1 Apple, diced
1 Pinch of Salt
a little piece of Ginger, grated
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Tsp. Cardamom
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Cook the Rice with Water until it’s well done. The brown rice takes longer until it’s soft. I usually cook more rice and prepare something with it for dinner or the next day. Add the peaches, apple, Salt, grated ginger, Blueberries and Spices to the rice. Add a little bit of Water and let it cook for an other 10 minutes. Sometimes you have to check, so the bottom wont burn. If it starts to stick, you can add more water.
If it’s not sweet enough, you can sweeten it with a teaspoon of Honey, after taking it away from the heat.
