Porridge with Figs, Grapes, Dates and roasted Nuts

Ingredients for 4 Portions:

1 Cup of Whole wheat Oat flakes
1 1/2 Cup of Soy Milk
1 1/2 Cup of Water
10 Grapes, quartered
6-8 Dates, remove the stone and chop them
2-3 Figs, cut in small pieces
Coconut, thin sliced
1/2 Tsp. fresh grated Ginger
Almonds, chopped
Agave Syrup (or Maple Syrup)

Put the Oat flakes with the Water and the Soy Milk in a pot and start heating it up. Add the Ginger, Dates Grapes and Figs to it. Cook it for about 15 Minutes.

Roast the Almond pieces and the Coconut slices in a pan without Oil.

Serve the breakfast warm, with the almonds and Coconut slices on top and sweeten it with Agave Syrup or Maple Syrup.
