Mini Quiche

Ingredients for 24 pieces

1 square Pizza dough
100g Bacon bits
120ml Cream
2 Eggs
100g Gruyere Cheese
1 big Onion
Salt
Pepper
Peperoncini powder
chopped Chieves
Butter to grease the form

Preheat the oven to 230C°

Grease a Mini Cupcake tray with Butter.
Cut out circles from the dough and place then into the cupcake tray.
Cook the bacon bits until they are crunchy brown.
Chopp the Onion.
Take a bowl and mix: Cream, Eggs, Salt Pepper, Peperoncini, Cheese, Onion, Chieves and cooled off bacon bits.

Fill the Mix into the dough shells and bake them for about 20 minutes.

Tip: Chopped Peppers or leek also gives a great taste to it.
