Sheet Cake with Raspberries


200g Flour
200g Sugar
200g Butter
4 Eggs
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
500g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a baking tray.


Mix all the ingredients besides the raspberries in a bowl.
Then add the raspberries gently to the batter with a spoon. Fill the batter into the tray.


Bake the cake for 40 minutes.


The fruits can be exchanged with the fruits you prefer….so easy and fast! Enjoy!
