I really enjoyed this beautiful side dish (even though it looks more beautiful before baking. Maybe next time I poor the sauce over the Chicory and then layer the Oranges on top….) And look at the color of the Oranges!!!!

A very fast prepared dish with simple ingredients, yet a combination you don’t eat a lot. A little bit of Sweet, Bitter, Sour and Salty. Have a try! You won’t regret!

Don’t know how to fillet the Orange? –>

Now mix in a bowl: grated fesh Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Vinegar and Olive Oil

Poor the Sauce over the Oranges and Chicory.

Bake everything for 10-15 Minutes.

Enjoy
