Ingredients:

1 round Pie crust
1 Egg
300g frozen creamed Spinach
100g cubed Bacon
1 Onion, chopped
500g Ground Beef
1 big Potatoes
Oil
200g Gruyere Cheese
Salt, Pepper, Chili powder

Preheat the oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C)

Put the Spinach in a pan, heat it slowly to defrost it, stir once in a while and take it of the heat when it starts to boil.

Fry the bacon in a pan, then put the Bacon in the pan with the Spinach and put it aside until it’s cooled off.

Lay the crust into the round Pie tin. Prick the crust a few times with a fork (I took a wholemeal crust).

Peel the Potatoes and cut little pieces. Cook them in salt water (takes about 5 minutes). Poor the salt water off.

Then cook the chopped Onion for a few minutes in the Oil and add the ground Beef. Season it with Salt, Pepper and Chili powder. I sometimes also add little bit of coriander, crushed mustard seeds and fresh italian parsley.
When the beef is cooked, take it from the heat and add the Potato pieces and 100g Gruyere cheese. Mix it well together.

Put the Meat-Potato Mix on the ground of the crust and spread it equally.

Then take the pan with the Spinach-Bacon and add 1 egg and 100g Gruyere Cheese to it. Mix it well and put it on the meat layer.

Put the Pie in the Oven for 40 minutes.
