- Pizza dough
- Creme fraiche or Sour cream
- Goat Cheese
- Smoked cured Ham
Cut squares, Circules or half moons from the dough. Spread the Creme fraiche on all the pieces.
Make slices from the Camembert and the Pear and put it on 1/3 of the Pizza dough. After baking, top with the Walnuts.
Slice the Goat Cheese and lay on 1/3 of the dough. After baking add the Fig slices and Honey.
The last 1/3 of the dough you bake only with the Creme fraiche. Add the Gruyere, Ham and Arugula after baking.
Serve while still warm
