Tomato Quiche Provençal



1 Pie crust
Cherry Tomatoes (about 45, I took different colored ones)
1 1/2 Cups of grated Parmesan
fresh Thyme
fresh Rosemary
1/2 Cup of Cream (or Soy cream)
1 Cup of Milk (or Soy Milk)
1 grated Zucchini
1 Egg

Preheat the oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C)

Lay the crust into the round Pie tin. Prick the crust a few times with a fork.

Mix in a bowl: grated Zucchini, Cream, Milk, Parmesan, Egg and leafs from Thyme, Salt and Pepper.

Fill it into the pie crust.

Then lay the Cherry Tomatoes on top and push them half way in.

Now sprinkle the Rosemary on top.

Bake the pie for 35 Minutes.
