Ingredients for 1 Portion:
Base: 4 ripe Bananas, cut in pieces and frozen
Blend the frozen Bananas in a electric blender until it reaches a Soft Ice consistency.
With this base you can now add flavors and toppings to it.
My creations:
Coconut-Pineapple Bananice: Base + 2 Tsp. roasted Coconut flakes and fresh diced Pineapple pieces.
Peanut butter Bananice with dark chocolate sprinkles: Base + 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter and chocolate sprinkles.
Chocolate-Caramel Bananice: Base + 2 Tsp. unsweetened Cacao powder, 1 Tsp. Caramel sprinkles. Optional: Agave syrup to sweeten.
You can play with the different flavors, with Caramel, Chocolate, Vanilla, different fruits and Nuts.
Delicious!
Serve right away and enjoy!
Sounds very good 🙂 you can make this with every fruit, which is frozen. Take the fruits for a little time out of the freezer before starting. I also put al little Dinkel-Mandel-Drink to the fruits…..so it becomes more creamy…..or a little bit of ginger-syrup on top of the icecream….mmmmmhhhhh…..Yummie 🙂 if you scroll to the bottom of my blog you can find my vegan creation 🙂
Ah good to know! I always took Bananas for the base, for the creaminess. Otherwise it’s more like a sherbet right? Thank you for visiting my page 🙂
No, it’s not like sherbet…..it’s really a very little bit from the Dinkel-Mandel-Drink….I think two bananas is a lot….for my taste….I take a half or one….For the sweetness I like Mascobado-Zucker ( sugar which is very tasty, like caramel )….sorry for my lousy english 😉
