Bananice (Vegan Ice Cream)

Ingredients for 1 Portion:

Base: 4 ripe Bananas, cut in pieces and frozen

Blend the frozen Bananas in a electric blender until it reaches a Soft Ice consistency.
With this base you can now add flavors and toppings to it.

My creations:

  1. Sounds very good 🙂 you can make this with every fruit, which is frozen. Take the fruits for a little time out of the freezer before starting. I also put al little Dinkel-Mandel-Drink to the fruits…..so it becomes more creamy…..or a little bit of ginger-syrup on top of the icecream….mmmmmhhhhh…..Yummie 🙂 if you scroll to the bottom of my blog you can find my vegan creation 🙂

      • No, it’s not like sherbet…..it’s really a very little bit from the Dinkel-Mandel-Drink….I think two bananas is a lot….for my taste….I take a half or one….For the sweetness I like Mascobado-Zucker ( sugar which is very tasty, like caramel )….sorry for my lousy english 😉
