It’s important to use a good quality of chocolate for the optimum of taste
Optional Sprinkle combinations. I choose:
White Chocolate with:
- Cranberries and Pistachio
- Chocolate covered Raspberries and Blueberries with Coconut flakes
- Cranberries and Almond
Dark Chocolate with:
- Almond and Chili flakes
- Caramel and Flower Salt
- Caramelized Peanuts and Peanutbutter filling
- Coconut flakes, Goji berries and Rum flavor
Other great options are: Macadamia Nuts, Cashews, other nuts, Oreo Cookies (yes yes yes!), dried edable flowers, Smarties, M&M’s, Mini Peanutbutter Cups, Rice Crispies, Cornflakes, Red Pepper, different liquors etc. etc…..
Melt the chocolate in a little Pan over a bigger pan with water, on very low temperature. Stir slowly. When it’s all melted, poor it on a baking paper, even it out. Now sprinkle the combinations you desire on top and let it cool over night.
The next day you can break the chocolate in pieces and put them in little see-through bags. Store them in the fridge.
