I would like to share with you the christmas appetizer I made, served with some nice champagne. A great way to start a Dinner Party.
Hot Pizza dough with combinations of Goat Cheese, Figs and Honey – Gruyere Cheese, smoked cured Ham and Arugula – and Camembert with Pear slices and Walnuts
- Pizza dough
- Creme fraiche or Sour cream
- Pear slices
- Goat Cheese
- Smoked cured Ham
Cut squares, Circles or half moons from the dough. Spread the Creme fraiche on all the pieces.
slice the Camembert and the Pear and lay it on 1/3 of the Pizza dough. After baking, top with the Walnuts.
Slice the Goat Cheese and put on 1/3 of the dough. After baking add the Fig slices and Honey.
The last 1/3 of the dough you bake only with the Creme fraiche. Add the Gruyere, Ham and Arugula after baking.
Serve while still warm
