Polenta has it’s origin in Italy, where it used to be a meal for the poor people.
Until today Polenta belongs to the traditional cuisine in North-Italy, parts of France, Switzerland, Austria, Romania, Moldova and the Balkans.

The Recipe you can find under Recipes –> Side Dish. With the recipes you also find more pictures. Try it out! And enjoy it warm or cold, for lunch or dinner, with meat or vegetarian, fried or baked….
Easy and fast! Enjoy, Emily
