If you’re having a busy week, then this luscious Pie is the perfect dish to make. Leftovers are great to take to lunch, as the Pie gets even more tasteful on the next day and you can eat it warm or cold. I had some creamed Spinach in the freezer and the dough is bought. Of course if you do have time, a homemade dough is always better, but there are very good ones you can buy too. For the meat I took swiss organic ground beef. Never save on the wrong things.
