I love Pies and Quiche. You can always fill them with whatever you have left at home, seasonal vegetables, meat or sausages, different cheeses….
Mini Quiches or Pies are the perfect Snack or Apéro dish and can be served warm or cold.
This one is more a classic one with lots of Onion, Bacon and Gruyere Cheese. For my little pies I took a Pizza dough, because it’s a bit thicker then the normal Pie dough I usually use, so they won’t break apart.
