A little Cake with a surprise!
Most of you know very well, I did not invent this cake recipe…but the Mississippi Cake from Betty Bossi is a classic in Switzerland…and it’s chocolate…with a chocolate bar in the inside!!! What else can I say 🙂

I got invited to a Birthday Party and as usual I either cook or bake something for the birthday kid. This birthday kid will be 30 years old and the Party will be in a bar….time for some colourful cake that goes with the drinks 😉
