Finally….I made my first cheesecake! As cheesecake american style isn’t very common in my country, I usually only eat it on my trips to the united states. The taste of this cheesecake is absolut fantastic! It’s rich, sweet and creamy and the berries give the perfect supplement. Also I didn’t know how fast and easy it is…..I have a new sweet favorite…..and soon it might be yours too….. Enjoy and have a great weekend! Emily L.
