4 Portions:
300g Pita bread (or the bread you like)
Olive Oil
3 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 red Pepper
Parsley
8 leafs fresh mint
1 red Onion
3 cloves of Garlic
150g Feta Cheese
Dressing:
Olive oil
Lime juice
Salt
Pepper
2TL Harissa (or you add a little bit of: cumin,coriander and chili)
1TL Sumac
Cut dices with the bread and roast them in a frying pan with olive oil.
Make slices from halved tomatoes. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the core of seeds, then slice them. Remove the core from the Pepper and cut them into stripes. Chop the parsley and mint. Cut onions rings after peeling it and chop the garlic. Now mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Prepare the dressing by mixing the ingredients together. season to taste and add it to the salad. Then mix it again and crumble the Feta cheese over it.
Fattoush is ready to serve! Enjoy!!
