It’s prepared in 2 minutes, then you can forget about it for 40 minutes in the oven…e voila: Ready to serve! It can’t be easier.
All you need is Pumpkin slices (you don’t even need to peel them), Rosemary, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper. The Pumpkin and even the skin from the Pumpkin gets so soft and tender, it just melts in your mouth while the Rosemary gets crispy on the side.
